The freezing process creates its own ice plug which acts as a stopcock, on completion of any repairs the pipe is thawed and the system is back up and running. We use unique mobile freezing equipment that will freeze pipes from 36 inches in diameter, down to 1/8 of an inch, irrespective of the pipe's contents; water based or oil based. It also means that your plant can keep running whilst undergoing repairs.
